1. Shipping Providers

We currently ship orders using:

DPD for UK deliveries
DHL Express for international deliveries

Both services include tracking for full visibility of your shipment.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during:

New collection releases
High-volume periods
Holidays
Pre-order items

If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you directly.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location, customs clearance, and courier workload.

1. United Kingdom (DPD):
  Most parcels arrive within a few working days after dispatch.
2. Europe (DHL Express):
  Typical delivery times are several working days, depending on the destination country.
3. United States, Canada, Middle East, Asia & Rest of World:
  International delivery usually takes from several days up to a couple of weeks, depending on:
  - Local customs processing
  - Regional courier speeds
  - Recipient country regulations

We cannot control customs delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Tracking

All parcels include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs authority.
These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly:

Resolutions depend on courier findings and may take several days

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

8. Pre-Orders

For items marked as pre-order, dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page.
When combined with in-stock items, the entire order may ship together.
